Procedure for booking:
When booking a vacation with us you will first let us know how many passengers are travelling, your accommodation choice and the dates you require.
Once VIP Villa Vacations receive details of the availability of your accommodation choice from the resort a confirmation email will then be sent to you stating whether your dates are still available.
Once you reply stating your intent to book the requested dates, your fee for the accommodation only will be requested, via Paypal.
Once your payment has been processed you will receive two emails, one confirming your booking and the other giving you your reference number and resort/procedure details.
You must then book your flights and confirm with VIP Villa Vacations your arrival flight details so we can arrange your parties transfer to the resort. The transfer time is approximately 30 – 50 minutes (dependent on time of day).
On arrival a tax of $10 per person is required when passing through Customs on arrival ($20 for departure).
Once you arrive at the resort from the a irport, you will be welcomed at the VIP Reception for check in and your all-inclusive fees will be payable at that time. These fees start from $47.50 per adult per day.
VIP wristbands will be attached to each member of the party. This gives you unlimited access to all VIP areas.
You will then be taken to your accommodation and contact details of your VIP Customer Service Representative left for your future assistance.
VIP Villa Vacations are authorised and certified members of Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club, under this agreement we (VIP Villa Vacations) are able to re-sell VIP Accommodation for 52 weeks of the year.
Prices quoted are for accommodation only, you must book your own flights (however your transfer to the resort is included).
This is a mandatory All Inclusive resort. All Inclusive fees for Villas $57.50 per person and $28.75 per child (3 – 12 years old).
Penthouses and Suites $47.50 per person & $23.75 per child per day payable on arrival in resort. Babies are free.
